10/25/08 - Berg vs Obama Court Ruling might be a Rumor! I just read this over at Country First blog a few minutes ago. Then I checked a couple of other blogs. No one is real sure what is going on. They are working to try and find out if the court ruled or not. This is quite interesting turn of events.

I spoke to Phil Berg's assistant around 9:30 this morning and she had gone to Pacer to try and download the documents and there were NO documents there. They are trying to find out what is going on and where this reporter got his information. As soon as I know whether it is true, or a rumor I will let you know.
I will also let you know if this is something that the Obama campaign or their Attorneys put out! Until there are documents from the court or a Press Release from Berg's office please consider it a rumor.
Even if this is true, our next step is the Supreme Court, so this Case will not go away until we have reached Heaven's door!!
They are very busy trying to find out what is going on and Phil's voicemail fills up faster than they can empty it!
I will let you know as soon as I receive information!! I have contacted the web master at Obama Crimes to let them know the Blog is down and he is working on it.

AP just ran with it ... though ... of course ... that means little. They’d run with a claim that Palin is from Mars if the Obama Campaign ran it as a talking point.

The decision was issued last night- it should be up on Pacer on Monday. The judge was being nice to Obama (PBUH) by issuing the decision on a Friday night- thereby averting any news cycles.

We continue to see rumors about Berg v. Obama floating around the Internet. Some of them are even posted in the comments on this website. I also lookwd on the website for the court & judge, and everyting is there EXCEPT the ruling. Seems that the concerned party would be informed....

Bt, as a principal to the suit, Berg should have been informed that a ruling had been made, or I think that would be Judicial misconduct. Besides a 6:15 PM ruling on a Friday does not pass the smell test, if no one was informed.
Yeah, like we really do need to get things even more complicated/confused!

Case Dismissed – Berg to appeal
So, who does have standing? According to the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, that’s completely up to Congress to decide.
If, through the political process, Congress determines that citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitution’s eligibility requirements for the Presidency, then it is free to pass laws conferring standing on individuals like Plaintiff. Until that time, voters do not have standing to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring in the Amended Complaint.
