Great audio of Karl Rove on John Gibson's show naming names and showing exactly why the failure of the bailout bill should be laid solely at Pelosi's feet. He also gives a little background on why the House Republicans were so irate at Pelosi's partisan speech. Good insider stuff.

If the economy crashes, it will be all Pelosi’s fault.

It was more important to Nancy Pelosi to get off an unscripted cheap shot at Republicans, than it was to hold onto the votes and pass the bailout plan. This is another proof, if any be needed, that she's a hack politician, just like her brother and father, both of whom were corrupt mayors of Baltimore.
