This is America, not some banana republic. You can’t use the power of your office to limit political free speech!
Your leader, Sen. Barack Obama, is a rabble-rousing cult leader with ties to radical Islam and terrorists like William Ayers. I only wish I lived in your jurisdiction so that I could march down the street saying so. Since I’m not, I’ll leave it to the good citizens of your state to defy your idiotic and unconstitutional “truth squads”. Here’s hoping you enjoy the national notoriety as the first one of them you repress drags you and your ilk to the Federal bench for a humiliating lesson in American civics.

This sounds a little fishy to me. What power does Obama have over Missouri law enforcement to command them to do this? What exactly does Missouri law enforcement do when they confront someone supposedly lying, arrest them for lying?
How are they going to know for CERTAIN that an ad is a lie? Their opinion? Because Obama says so? My God, this can’t be Constitutional! And this is from a campaign that opening lied about what Rush said and then lied about McCain and Rush being on the same page with respect to immigration! These lying arses have the nerve to intimidate others for expressing political speech? Are there any lawyers here? This can’t possibly be legal?
Obama has his own private army and he’s got a ton of money available to him.
Obama has, through his nonprofit group, “Public Allies,” been organizing and training a political cadre since 1993. There are fifteen fully-staffed and populated chapters, operating under the watchful eye of Michelle Obama.
The Obama Campaign is also conducting, at the state level, a “national program for social change,” called “Camp Obama.”
Obama Campaign’s website promises that “you’ll get the kind of experience that Barack got as a community organizer on the South Side of Chicago,” and “Camp Obama is your chance to step up and become a leader in this movement.”
Movement? What movement?
Public Allies and Camp Obama are Alinsky training program designed to build a core group of “community organizers” dedicated to “social change” in their communities.
Their charter will be to bring about “Change.” They’ll do this through threats, pressure, tension and confrontation — getting people “pissed off” — the tactics of Alinsky.
Obama is cloning thousands of baby Obamas — and on our dime.
A “movement” — dedicated to social change by getting people “pissed off” — and there will be thousands of them.
If Obama should sit in the Oval Office, just what do you think he has planned for these guys?
And — if Obama shouldn’t sit in the Oval Office, just what do you think he has planned for these guys?
And what color shirts will they wear?

That’s the scary thing isn’t it. Who decides what is truth? My sister who teaches English in China was scared when she saw this. She said the party there is never so brazen about intimidation. And here they were talking openly about it.

I want a very clear declarative statement like... Any law enforcement officer, judge, etc. who participates in squelching the Free Speech of the Citizens of Missouri will lose his/her job.
