He threw a hissy fit in his column the other day. He whined that the media should be the gatekeepers who protect the public from unfit candidates, but that Palin broke through their gate. He’s worried that the media firestorm to drive her off the ticket not only failed, but backfired. He fears we’ve now entered an era when further unfit candidates can get past the gatekeepers. Of course, these gatekeepers found Obama, who has less experience than Palin, who has radical leftist mentors, who can’t give a routine stump speech without a teleprompter, who got where he is via affirmative action programs, and who stammers and stutters when answering a simple question (he’s never been asked a tough one) to be well qualified.
Public enemy number one is the putrid liberal media.
Destroy it.
Bill Clinton was the first person unfit for the job of president. He damaged the integrity of that office as well as our credibility in the world. Yet they blame all this on Bush.
Thank you. I’ll have to look up the article. Kurtz has always been a pain in the ass.
Of course, the difference between the “Gatekeepers” and the guy who sells hotdogs on West Ave., Newport News VA, is that the hotdog vendor actually does something beneficial for his fellow man. “Pluka’s Hot dogs” give ‘em a try.”
