FLORIDA for Obama?
I don’t think so. In fact, I don’t think I’ve seen ONE poll showing Barry O ahead or even tied in FL.

Mondale 18 percentage points ahead of Reagan, the day after the Democrat convention in 1984.
We’re all really scared....

The worse the economy gets, the higher crude oil prices go, the longer our presence in Iraq continues, the more Bush is blamed and the worse things look for Republicans in general.
Add to that the disaffection of the conservative base with McCain, and things look pretty dismal in November.

People are stupid if they think Obama’s plan is better for oil prices (to go down) than McCain’s is.

I would not be surprised to see an across-the-board bloodbath for the Republicans in November. McCain is a hopeless cause and I’m already getting accustomed to the reality of a B. Hussein Osama presidency in 2009. I’ll be putting in some work this fall for my own Senator Sununu, who has a good shot against stupid Jeanne Shaheen.

the more Bush is blamed
Many of the loyalists post that Bush isn't running.
While that is true, his policies are.
And as much as anything, the November election is a referendum on the Bush2 years -- and that will either elect or defeat McCain.
If voters feel disenfranchised and in dire economic straits in November, they will vote for change. If they feel they are doing well or okay, financially, they will vote for the status quo.
$4.oo-5.00/gal gas, significantly increasing food prices, excessive energy/heating costs do not make for happy campers and will influence their decisions in the voting box. And, by November, many of them will be reeling from the early winter heating bills.

If the GOP fails to produce a real candidate, the sickly looking puke and his knuckle draggin’ posse get to soil the White house with their presence.

Than McCain’s campaign is dead in the water unless Jorge El Segundo mends his ways - fast. And I’m not sure he has the intellectual ability to do that.
