Only in Massachusetts

A Romney-appointed judge freed a deranged thug in Massachusetts who went on to murder a young couple in Washington state. It’s a nightmare of a story with shades of Willie Horton. If not for its hard-wired, soft-on-crime DNA, the Left would have a field day with this tragedy. Will Romney’s opponents run with it or stay away lest their own complicity in revolving-door horror stories come back to bite them?

Why isn’t this huge story splashed across the headlines of Foxnews, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, and Drudge Report???

Yeah, when it was found out Fred used the jet of a former drug dealer that was immediately plastered all over everywhere. The fact is, the MSM and beltway pubbie libs want Rudy or Mitt as the GOP candidate. It only makes sense in that light.

I’ve brought it to every blog I know of, but haven’t alerted any major news sources. If we all drop them an email with it, some may listen. I emailed Rush on it, but I doubt he’ll get involved.

You are correct... it is obvious that Rush refuses to get involved in primary battles. When Mitt tried to throw Rush under the bus right immediately after PhonySoldierGate, you could just hear Rush biting his tongue not to strike back at Mitt.

yup.
Howie Carr is talking to Beverly Mauck’s father right now.
The killer had killed his own mom and served 15 years

“What do you have to say now to the judge that set this
monster loose?”

“I would like to know where her head’s at. This man has
no respect for life. He’s got a track record...and should never have been let go.”

“And everyone knew it here. Nobody wanted to let this
guy go but this crackpot limo-liberal judge”

“He just fled and tried to evade the judicial system
and this is what happens because of it.”

She released him on personal recognizance!

“They shouldn’t have rights when they go to jail. They
should wallow in their own feces.”

“They’re shooting for the death penalty but that’ll
just end HIS misery. They should cut off his tattoos
on his neck and throw him into jail and let him bleed
to death” etc,.

just confirmed: the judge was appointed by Romney in
the last days of his administration

“Their head’s not even on straight.”

“Would you ever vote for Mitt Romney now that you know
that?”

“Nope.”

“Daniel Taveras was forbidden to have a gun as a condition of his parole, yet he shot your daughter and her husband
with a gun...They just bought this home, their dream home...”

“Their lives were cut too short.”

“He shoots your son in law first, then shoots her and puts a blanket over their bodies because he ‘respected’ them.”

“He hasn’t got respect for them, for life...”

Howie talks also about violent incidents Taveras
had while in jail, threats, etc.

“Isn’t that amazing?”

“The DA tries to keep him in prison but the judge
cuts him free and now two people are dead, including
your daughter.”

A heads-up for you: we've already done much of the legwork over here.

Howie should use his connections to figure out if there is any relationship between the lawyer who represented Tavares at his bail hearing and Tuttman's husband, Alan, who works as a criminal defense lawyer.

yeah—I had read earlier today that Romney had appointed her but Howie just said on air that _he_ had just gotten confirmation.

Yep. Rush did quietly note that the only one who immediately stood up for him was Fred Thompson.

I’m not a Romney fan, but do y’all suppose that she called up Mitt and asked him what he thought before she turned this guy loose?

And how many qualified Republicans are there left in Massachusetts to nominate to the bench anyway? You can’t swing a dead cat there without hitting some flaming liberal.

Sheesh...

Romney appointed the judge because Massasschusetts is too liberal and the judge was the best he could get! *Sobs* Why can’t you Romney-bashers just understand that Mitt had to be a liberal there? MOMMA!

Give it a couple of days. I don’t think the parents are going to let this go. There is where the press will build from.
