And like the lottery, it is hitting the African/American community hard.

I knew about the impact the lottery has had with some minority communities but hadn't read anything about online poker/gambling. Please post some links if you have any.

It's like with illegal immigration that causes so many problems for our own black citizens. No one wants to report on the harm done in our minority communities.

The nanny state is never the answer.

That is usually correct, but when Americans are being defrauded out of billions of dollars, it start making sense to move in. If the game was on the up and up, I would agree with you. But when it is so easy for these overseas companies to scam the game and impossible to enforce the fraud, it should be stopped. At the very minimum, the public needs to be informed that these games are easily scammed.
