North American Union to Get Firmed Up in Secrecy at Meeting in Canada "Information is the currency of democracy." Thomas Jefferson
American citizens have learned of some secretive groups in the country which are given great autonomy. Some are authorized by our government, but have little oversight, and some have not been authorized by our government, but seize authority just because they can.
One example of this is the secretive CFIUS, Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States. When the plans to turn over operation of six ports to Dubai Ports World became public, (with no thanks to the “mainstream media”), American citizens were outraged. With the common sense lacking in many elected and appointed representatives, ordinary citizens recognized that a foreign country should not be running those ports, especially after 9/11. There was a tremendous backlash to the news. President Bush, when asked on camera about it, professed to know nothing about it, but he followed that up shortly, vowing he would veto any effort to squash the deal. Odd that he would know nothing about it, since CFIUS comes under the aegis of the Treasury Department. Odd, also, because the beneficiary country is one of the Bush family’s great friends.
Dr. Daneen Peterson, Ph.D. on her website StoptheNorthAmericanUnion.com., points out that CFIUS was established in 1975 by President Roosevelt’s Executive Order 11858. These orders are, in effect, legislation by fiat. They are not supervised by Congress. At the time of the Dubai Ports blowup CFIUS had reviewed 1500 “deals”. Only one was rejected. One wonders just what those approximately 1500 deals gave away. Public outcry killed the Dubai Ports deal. Or, did it? Is anyone monitoring to see if the principals bought into another company more acceptable under the provisions? Can we trust the ones who approved this deal with Dubai Ports World to suddenly be upfront with us?
Perhaps the endeavor operating in the greatest secrecy now is SPP, Security and Prosperity Partnership. Have you heard of it? Some real reporters and researchers have done excellent work in trying to bring information about this massive undertaking of people from the president’s cabinet, and others, to convert the U.S. into a merging with Canada and Mexico. This is being popularly called the “North American Union”. It is well underway, all under the radar of We the People. Trying to put it on our radar screen are Dr. Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., of WorldNet Daily, Patrick Wood of The August Review and Dr. Daneen Peterson, Ph.D. Dr. Peterson has a complete website devoted to the NAU, which is StoptheNorthAmericanUnion.com.
Patrick Wood tells us:
“The global elite, through the direct operations of President George Bush and his Administration, are creating a North American Union that will combine Canada, Mexico and the U.S. into a superstate called the North American Union (NAU). The NAU is roughly patterned after the European Union (EU). There is no political or economic mandate for creating the NAU, and unofficial polls of a cross-section of Americans indicate that they are overwhelmingly against this end-run around national sovereignty”.
And...“It is important to first understand that the impending birth of the NAU is a gestation of the Executive Branch of the U.S. government, not the Congress. This is the topic of the first discussion below”.
Patrick Wood goes on to point out the genealogy of the NAU, which sprang naturally from NAFTA. NAFTA was hailed as a “free trade” agreement that would be a win-win situation for the U.S. and the trading “partners” included in this agreement. NAFTA has been a disaster for the U.S.. Our trade deficit is soaring, along with the number of companies that are being outsourced. Globalist companies here have used the stability of our country to launch their branches abroad, taking advantage of cheap labor in other countries. They have brought down the wages of Americans, those whose jobs have not yet been sent overseas. NAFTA also has subjected this country to a super court, with decisions superceding our own Supreme Court, on matters of trade. These matters of trade spread out like an octopus and are more far reaching than many realize.
If you like a foreign court that can countermand our own courts, if you like the outsourcing of jobs, if you like the importing of cheap foreign goods to compete with our domestic goods, if you think bringing Canada’s and the U.S. standard of living down to meet Mexico’s is a good idea, you will like the NAU.
The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is the apparent guiding hand behind these plans. Dr. Jerome Corsi, in his article “North American Union to Replace USA?”, quotes from a CFR report:
“At their meeting in Waco, Texas, at the end of March 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vincente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin committed their governments to a path of cooperation and joint action. We welcome this important development and offer this report to add urgency and specific recommendations to strengthen their efforts.”
While the cast of leading characters has changed, the plan has not. Canada and Mexico now have different leaders, but these leaders are in accord with what their predecessors have planned.
Dr. Corsi continues: “What is the plan? Simple, erase the borders. The plan is contained in a ‘Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America’ little noticed when President Bush and President Fox created it in March 2005”.
Dr. Corsi asks the obvious question:
“Why doesn’t President Bush just tell the truth? His secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union. The administration has no intent to secure the border, or to enforce rigorously existing immigration laws. Securing our border with Mexico is evidently one of the jobs President Bush won’t do. If a fence is going to be built on our border with Mexico, evidently the Minuteman Project is going to have to build the fence themselves. Will President Bush protect American sovereignty, or is this too a job the Minuteman Project will have to do for him?”
To fortify Dr. Corsi’s contentions, we only need to look closely into the ill-fated “comprehensive” immigration bill which was soundly defeated by Americans telling their representatives “no amnesty, no way, nohow”. However, in this bill of goodies for illegal aliens can also be found provisions to advance the SPP. A Teddy Kennedy amendment to that bill says that “It is the sense of the Congress that the United States and Mexico should accelerate the implementation of the Partnership for Prosperity to help generate economic growth and improve the standard of living in Mexico, which will lead to reduced immigration”.Dr. Peterson, in her well researched and extensive treatise “Treason Abounds -Gov’t Cabal Plots North American Union (NAU)”, (found at her website StoptheNorthAmericanUnion.com.), speaks of a “radical rearrangement of power in the world”.
She asks: “Are we there yet? Think UNESCO, LOST, Earth Charter, Agenda 21,Areas Foundations, CANAMEX, “Global Warming” act, the Kyoto Treaty, the World Court, The Hague, WTO, GATT, NASCO, NAFTA, CAFTA and all the rest of the alphabet entities granted external control over the sovereign nation of the United States of America”.
To give an idea of how long the global termites have been eating out the U.S. Ship of State, Dr. Peterson quotes President Franklin Roosevelt in a message on a FDR memorial:
“THEY WHO SEEK TO ESTABLISH SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENT BASED ON THE REGIMENTATION OF ALL HUMAN BEINGS BY A HANDFUL OF INDIVIDUAL RULERS CALL THIS A NEW (WORLD) ORDER. IT IS NOT NEW AND IT IS NOT ORDER”.
Was President Roosevelt a wacko conspiracy theorist suitable to be measured for a tin hat? No, he was the ultimate “insider” and recognized a subliminal cabal that was preparing for a New World Order, or more precisely, a One World Order. It is not new.
Included in the recent attempt at amnesty for illegal aliens was a provision for the SPP. This was a serious try to make the NAU legal before the populace catches on to what is at stake. The Senate bill was drawn up in secret, barring some prominent Republican senators from participation, but allowing ethnic pressure groups, such as La Raza, and powerful business interests to give input. There are reports that the effort to legalize the NAU will be brought before the Congress in September. If so, it will be presented as a “fait accompli”, as was the immigration bill which was formulated in secret.
Perhaps in preparation for this, a very important meeting will be held in Montebello, Quebec on August 20-21. The leading principals, VIPs all, will be there, indicating it is a summit of sorts. President Bush, Prime Minister Harper of Canada, and President Calderon of Mexico are scheduled to appear.
Some Canadians have begun to wake, also, and do not like the NAU any better than U.S. citizens. One group, The Council of Canadians, in anticipation of the three country summit meeting, rented a public facility in the Municipality of Papinceauville. However, they were informed by this facility that the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (the “Mounties”), Security Quebec and the U.S. Army have banned their meeting. It has been reported that these same security entities will enact a 25 kilometer blackout around the Chateau Montebello, where the summit will take place. The three principals will be working toward an agenda of “deep integration” of the three countries and they will be doing it in secrecy and extreme security. Others, including Canadians and Americans, would like to meet near the chateau, but they will not be allowed to do so, even if their meetings are scheduled a day ahead of the grand summit.
In a press release, Connie Fogal, Leader of the Canadian Action Party, noted, “So much for conspiracy theories! Now we have the ugly truth fully exposed. The U.S. military really does now run Canada”...
“Does anyone believe that our federal leaders have not thrown away our sovereignty? That from Chretien (Liberal) to Martin (Liberal) to Harper (Conservative), the Prime Ministers of this our land have not been committing treason behind closed doors? How otherwise would it be possible that a proud, sovereign, and free nation would see a foreign army on its soil interfering with the right of Canadians to assemble and speak?”
Discussing the extreme secrecy of the meeting, Canadian Connie Fogal declared what We the People of the U.S. could just as well be saying:
“There is something very ludicrous about three leaders of alleged free countries hiding from their citizens.”
We the People have trusted those we elected to uphold their oaths of office and work in our best interests. Secrecy in government is anathema to a free people. It is an invitation for special interests to bring undue influence on our leaders. If we had not seen the various trade deals being made, largely without congressional oversight, we might not be so alarmed about this summit meeting in secret.
But we remember CFIUS and the Dubai Ports Deal. And Dr. Peterson reminds us of the myriad of trade deals made mostly in secret, stressing that these deals are bringing about “a radical rearrangement of power in the world” and she lists “the alphabet entities granted external control over the sovereignty of the United States of America”.
In a speech given in Washington, D.C. on June 15, 2007, entitled “About the NAU - What You Don’t Know CAN Hurt You!”, Dr. Peterson gives us some results of her massive research into the NAU:
“The ‘blueprint’ being used to construct the North American Union (NAU) comes directly from the formation of the European Union (EU). In an act of tyranny, our government is ILLEGALLY creating the NAU by using secret meetings and deceptive double-speak to hide their TREASONOUS INCREMENTAL STEALTH. They are making MASSIVE changes to our regulatory laws and calling them ‘HARMONIZATIONS’. What they are doing is degrading two hundred years of our nation’s administrative law. They are re-writing our regulatory law, which involves every facet of our daily lives, in order to integrate our laws with Mexico’s corrupt oligarchy and Canada’s socialist parliamentary system.”
Even the U.S. Army will be pressed into service to assure the privacy and security of the “three amigos”, as they have been dubbed. Is this provision of employing the U.S. Army without precedent? Besides the prominent principals, it would be very interesting to know who else has been invited to this exclusive meeting. We the People will probably never know. And, if this is merely a meeting for benevolent “dialogue“, why the extreme secrecy measures?
The American people did not like being kept in the dark while that massive immigration bill was being formulated. They let their representatives know, in numbers too great to be ignored. The representatives began representing their own constituents, for a change, so the pressure worked.
We have seen trade deals made in secret, (Dubai Ports), and immigration law which would have granted amnesty to those who broke our laws, formulated behind closed doors. We have learned to be suspicious of deals made without the knowledge of citizens, some even without the knowledge of our elected representatives. Are your representatives unaware or complicit?
Some latter day Paul Revere type legislators are forwarding legislation to defund the activities of the groups who have been working in secret. In a vote in Congress on July 25, 2007 the House approved an amendment to H.R. 3074 “prohibiting the use of funds to participate in a working group pursuant to the Security and Prosperity Partnership.” There had been little or no oversight by Congress as to the workings of the SPP groups until Duncan Hunter’s amendment to prohibit funds.

At the same time, Bush is pushing Congress to adopt LOST, Law of the Seas Treaty, which dissolves our dominance. and means to get the amnesty bill passed in some under the table manner, if need be. I am sorry, but I must say that I am for taking this man out of office. The Bushes and the Clintons and any Globalists and CFR members are on the same team, that of handing our great nation over to the U.N. lock, stock and barrel.
God bless Duncan Hunter, Tom Tancredo and others in Congress who are standing in the way of funding of the Security and Prosperity Partnership. Duncan Hunter knows what is going on behind closed doors, and he wants the American people to be aware of it, too, before it is too late.
If we don’t elect Duncan Hunter, and clean House, we will only have ourselves to blame, for we will be assisting in the demise of our own country.
