Exactly what makes any candidate 'qualified' to be the POTUS? The answer depends upon who is being asked the question, and in reality their is no 'right' or 'wrong' answer. It comes down to what the majority prefers.

Character, ideology and 'gravitas' are the most important qualities, IMO.
