I love how they just fall right into this.. they are making fun of how LIBERAL media acts.. and here they all get their panties in a wad about 'racist overtones' when the show is mocking the left's racism.

Just out of curiosity, I've noticed an interesting phenomenon.
Is "the internets" a liberal thing, a DUmmie thing, and "the internet" an unaffectated thing?
There have been exceptions, but generally overall, it seems if one bumps into "the internets," without looking at any of the content, one knows circa 90% of the time it's DUmmie content.

I have a show idea that keeps making me think if it would work. It would be a spoof show, on liberals of course, showing life in America if one of the liberals' uber-socialist ideas ever gets implemented. First show would focus on, what else, Universal HealthCare. What better way to show Americans the pro's and con's of liberal policies than to show an example of Americans LIVING under those policies?

I heard one of the writers being interviewed the other day on the Dennis Pragers radio show. It is the same writers from the show 24.
I LOVE 24, but this comedy show will tank.

LOL Yeah liberals are good at self deprecation.....
I guess thats why John Kerry was whining about suing everyone who looked at him dirty during the 2004 election.

I think DUFU or Rush or some combination of the two has broken You Tube. At least I can't get there today.
Instead of posting your script you should talk to the producers if you can. I loved SCTV and have the NBC DVD's that came out in the last two years.

Well, I finally get to see the video and I have to say, it made me chuckle. It's not that bad.
I have pretty low criteria for comedy, though, first it has to be funny (make me laugh) and second it can't be gross out. Or there has to be pretty funny stuff surrounding the gross out.
I can't stand Animal House just because of the food fight scene. The rest of the movie isn't funny enough to me to support people playing with food.
Most people disagree with me but only I have to live with me.

To FOX's credit PJ, I did enjoy the "Rush as President/Ann Coulter as VP" bit. IMO, Rush was a good 5 years too early in starting his own TV show. Maybe that's what a show like this is paving the way for??
the pathetic show Fox News is trying to foist on the public.
Oh, for a second there I thought you were talking about On The Record w/ Greta Van Facelift?

Now, Bob, I'm sure you would brand me as a racist also, since I am a conservative Republican--and a Christian! But guess what? I don't watch Fox News at all--we don't have cable. When I do watch TV (which is not often), I watch more programs on PBS than on any other network. What's more, I don't like NASCAR or country music, I don't own a gun or a pickup truck, and I do habituate museums and coffee shops. Does this cause you cognitive dissonance?
If that held true, then all of South County would be Republican. Do you live in Clayton, perchance??? ;)

OK, it took me awhile to get around to it, but I checked out the 1/2 Hour News Hour deal. With the exception of a miserable application of laugh-track, it is easily as funny as anything the Dhimmis are doing (which isn't saying much).
The thing with the "BO" magazine - it didn't cross my mind that it was about body odor. It invoked Oprah's magazine instead (the shameless pandering, the self-indulgent articles).
Lefties complain that we don't have a sense of humor. We do, it's just that most of the time they're only worth laughing at, not with...

Funny how they keep saying Republicans don't have a sense of humor. The libs are the ones with no sense of humor.
I thought that clip with Rush and Ann Coulter was pretty funny.
