Hey! Last night my knee was so sore that I could hardly walk. So before going to sleep I rubbed a bunch of emu oil on it. This morning most of the soreness is gone. Just rubbed on some more emu oil and I hope that does the trick.

Do you buy the bottled kind, or do you squeeze the emus yourself?

I asked sorta the same thing.

I'm beginning to think he doesn't hand squeeze them but has moved into the 21st century. The modern process is to shred them and centrifuge out the oil.

The funny thing about emus is that about 12 years ago, a breeding pair would sell for over $10,000 here in the States. Now you can't even give the damn things away.
