“AS THE CHURCH GOES SO GOES THE NATION”
The Church has always been the leader in which direction things would go. I got news for you the Church world has already drank the Kool-Aid. And now the Nation is going too. I’ve seen every new idea and concept enter the church for the last 50 years. Prophecy’s , Gold Dust , Money Grabbers , Healers , Feathers Falling , Dancers , Music , Prophets’ you name it has come and gone. The last five years the Church has taken a major turn to liberalism, they threw Jesus out as their leader and brought everything else in. As a result you have such a watered down Gospel.
Nobody knows which way to go and as a result anything and everything goes as long as enough people like it. Men and Women have set their selves up as god’s they have failed and led people astray. Now we have a Church that doesn’t have the power to lead a anyone through to Salvation. Yes God has a remnant and he always will. They are looking forward to his return and they are pretty much standing alone. They have rejected the Social Gospel and thus do not fit in anywhere except when their on their knees. People I’ve known for years accepted this Social Gospel that I never thought would.
So goes the Nation just as surly as your reading this it will happen to this Nation with conservatism. People who have declared they are conservative and have certain values and morals, will get tired being the under dog , outcast they will walk calmly and Gleefully to the other side. Did they truly believe in conservatism? I think they did but the other side looks so alluring no more conflict, no more battles, no more stress, no more look at them. It just easier and doesn’t look that bad.
What’s a few Abortions? What’s really wrong with Gay marriage didn’t God create us all? So who really cares how the world begin does it really matter how we got here? A few more dollars in Taxes it’s only money! The Military is just a bunch of aggressive People who like to kill! Muslims love God too.
Hang on the ride is going to get bumpy! In the end those who are truly conservative will win in are hearts. I guarantee, you will see a lot of separating the sheep from the goats just as the Church has seen. “ I Would You Were Cold Or Hot”.
Hold steady, “Fight The Good Fight” and you will always be able to look in the mirror and not be ashamed of what you believe and stand for. Stopping the mouths of God’s Ministers or Messengers will not stop the progress of God’s word. Same with the message of conservatism . Did they ever believe in it? Possibly, but was not worth the stigma of being labeled.
