Code Pink's Ties To Insurgency AND our Own Government
A Soldier's Perspective ^ | 2 Sep 2006 | CJ

Posted on 09/02/2006 7:16:36 AM PDT by chcknhawk

It's all CJ's fault that I can't stand Code Pink. I didn't really even know about the group until he told me. However, I've been mesmerized by their stupidity ever since.

Most of you know about the recent "hunger strike" that Code Pink has been suffering through. I say it that way because it's not really a hunger strike. They eat fruits and drink vegetable and fruit juices on this "strike". Maybe their friends Saddam Hussein and the guys at Guantanamo weren't clear when they explained the rules.

Supposedly, five Iraqi delegates heard about their hunger strike and invited them to Jordan to discuss topics related to the US presence in Iraq. The Code Pink delegation consisted of former Democratic Senator Tom Hayden (also an advisor to the Out of Iraq Caucus), retired Colonel Ann Wright (who has been actively encouraging our soldiers to go AWOL and other overtly subversive activities), Iraq war veteran Geoffrey Millard (a former Army "soldier" who still wears his desert camouflage uniform top with the US flag sewn on UPSIDE DOWN at events), Medea Benjamin and other members of Code Pink.

As a matter of fact, it was mainly Code Pink that consisted of this delegation. So, if you're nosy like me, you've probably tried to figure out who these five ("leading members" according to the Code Pink website) Iraqi Parliament members are. Even after an exhaustive Google search on the topic, their identities remain anonymous. Until now...

I attempted to question members of Code Pink about this story during yesterday's windy and rainy Walter Reed vigil, but they refused to speak to me about it. Instead I had to deal with Bruce.

It would appear so. I'll be posting my "talk" with Bruce later today or this weekend. He's great at distraction and diversions, that's for sure.

There are alot of reasons why the democrats want to be in 'power' again, and this is just ONE of the reasons....I don't believe there is a democratic senator or rep that isn't dirty....

I am listing the names of those in the Out of Iraq caucus (from the "SoldiersPerspective" website) in hopes that the Freepers in their respective districts will expose these individuals and their connection to Code Pink. It should also be noted that many of the individuals on this list have called for or intimated a call for the impeachment of our President so if (IF) the Dems succeed in winning in Nov. we will not be surprised if the Out of Iraq letterhead changes to the Impeach Bush Now letterhead.

Link to article with names of Iraqi parliamentarians who met with the Pinkos.

Rothmiller said that the group of Iraqis who came to Jordan included Saleh Al-Mutlaq (founder of the Iraq National Dialogue Front and Member of Parliament), members of parliament Mustafa AL-Haymanm, Saad Al-Janabi, Fattah Al-Shiekh, Nada Muhammad, religious leader Ali Al-Tamimi, Shia political analyst Abd Al-Amir Alwan and Sunni political analyst Majed Al-Samerraie.

That's odd, since Saad Al-Janabi is an EXILE who FLED Iraq and ended up in California, closely tied to Schwartzenegger (or so he says). And he's able to go BACK to Iraq for one reason and one reason only: The United States Military that he is working to evict. Fattah Al-Shiekh is another of Al-Sadr's Mahdi Militia lackies and supporters. He's also editor in chief of the anti-US Iraqi newspaper Ishraqat Al-Sadr. I have no idea who Nada Muhammad is.

Ali al-Tamimi...wow, where do I start. He was convicted of inciting terrorism in connection with the Virginia Jihad Network (http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/000442.php).

The other two, Abd Al-Amir Alwan and Majed Al-Samerraie are easy Googles. So, my title stands and only serves to further what I was saying by providing more evidence that these people are conspiring with the enemy.

What really galls me is when someone is given more credibility on issues of National Security Strategy by virtue of having served in the military, regardless of duty position or rank.

We have very specific terms for people who are well-versed in strategy. They're called Generals and Admirals.

Everybody has a right to an opinion, but to think that a rifleman (or, in this case, more likely a desk jockey) has a valid or credible opinion on strategy and/or policy just by virtue of having worn the uniform is stupid.

As always, the left substitutes emotion for thought and gesture for logic.
