Companies being underbid by, and losing business to, competitors that employ illegal immigrant workers are fighting back using federal anti-racketeering laws and/or state unfair competition laws, reports The Associated Press. The idea is to level the playing field by creating an economic disincentive to hiring illegal aliens at below-market wages. ...
In the first suit based on Californias unfair-competition laws, Global Horizons, a temporary employment agency that supplied farm workers sued a grower, Munger Brothers, and two competing employment firms, Ayala Agricultural Services and J&A Contractors. The suit claims that Munger Brothers broke a contract with Global Horizons to provide 600 blueberry pickers to obtain cheaper illegal labor from the other two agencies.
Global Horizons filed its suit after a Washington state class action suit based on federal anti-racketeering laws was settled in favor of the plaintiffs. In that case, employees of Zirkle Fruit Co. sued the company for depressing their wages by hiring illegal aliens. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals awarded the plaintiffs $1.3 million.

I like this. I like it alot.

Sounds like a long-shot, bu,t there's some hotshot lawyers out there (especially the personal injury types) that may start jumping all over this. Because our southern borders are not physically secured, 30% of yhe prison population is illegals, hospitals are shutting down, schools are overflowing, at this time, I do not see any reason as to why a class action suite from crime victims at the hands of illegal is not a viable case, based upon emotion stress, loss of use, loss of income that is the direct responsibility of companies hiring illegals and the US government.
Here's a third theory under which to sue--a violation of civil rights. Discrimination against legal resident aliens, and against lawful citizens. The ultimate in prejudice based on "national origin"--
Sounds good in theory. But the "Anybody-But-Americans' Civil Liberties Union" would likely countersue.
I dearly hope these lawsuits become epidemic and someone shove them up this lizard's arse the next time he plies his knavish interview style on some national radio show.
If anyone is a business owner in the Maryland suburbs of DC, and can show that they have been harmed by unfair competition from competitors who hire illegal aliens, send me a private email.
Also may be interested in private citizens in the Maryland suburbs who can document they have suffered direct financial or quality of life damages by presence of illegal aliens.
Maybe this will help. http://www.wehirealiens.com/
