Interesting. I have been thinking about this recently, and have decided that I am going to give up being strongly partisan. Why? Because of the idiocy I see, mostly on the Left, at the moment. Blinded by their rage, hatred, and according to this article "fear of being wrong". They have to invent conspiracies to ameliorate their egos. Moonbats, most of them.

I dont EVER want to be like that, so I shall remain a Skeptic, but not a cynic.

Its not just the left, either. Many on the right will succumb to this, especially for a couple of topics, which I will not name :) So its possible for anyone I suppose, but my hope would be that those on the right are more immune.

Agreed. My aunt is a "Bush can do no wrong" Conservative. And when she debates politics with my Dad, a Democrat, she comes across as an idiot.

However, my Dad and I have had some really good debates and yes, I gripe about Bush, too. Example: we both are not happy about the illegal immigrant situation.
