Enough. Bite me. I am utterly sick to death of the nations of the world with their hand out, and when we put something in it, it's never enough.

Remember that it was the Dems who got us into this mess by criticizing the President for not sending enough of our tax dollars to Indonesia after the tsunami.

We're viewed as parents by most of the rest of the world.
....a world committed to remaining infants.

They really should just shut up. That would be the wise thing to do.

Where was Indonesian aid after Katrina? Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama are still waiting!
Indonesians were overjoyed when 9/11 happened. Let there arab brothers feed them.
It is time to tell the world -- if you are against the USA -- don't call us for help!
LET THEM STRAVE!

Indonesia 'angry at US for slow response'
IIRC, it was Indonesian authorities that unceremoniously booted
our humanitarian mission off their turf.
I think that there was suspicion that helpers from the US military might
make the recovery process too efficient (less chance for graft by
the Indonesian authorities).

This is total BS ... appearing here on FR as red meat to inflame FReepers who are inclined to jump on this type of tripe. Some asshole liberal is getting a huge chuckle out of this ... at your expense.

Since Indonesia is 90% Muslim, I am surprised they would even accept any help from infidels. After all, we might try to convert them from devil worship , er I mean Islam.
Wonder what the Saudis have done to help?

I just finished talking to my friend just befor e I saw this posted and mentioned that I will not contribute a dime to this earthquake relief effort.
For every dime I would have considered sending to this Mooselimb nation, I will send it to an Israeli charity for helping the victims of Mooselimb suicide cultists.
