Do you think it will make the bank change the way it does business?!For some reason,I just cant feel bad for them.The people who do business there will be the ones paying,they just dont know it yet!

The bank had recently started requiring a finger print for anyone cashing a check who does not have an account (maybe a year ago), and the sheriff has numerous good quality fingerprints on the counterfeit checks.

He told me the other day that the fingerprints likely will not do any good because what's he going to do, call the sheriff's office if Juarez Mexico and ask them to run a background check ...

The illegals travel our country constantly changing their identity and using bogus green cards and identification, and they can't be policed effectively.

However, as of this week, the bank (where I happen to bank) has required anyone without an account cashing a check to pay 10 or 15 or 20 percent check cashing fee (I was told but now can't remember how much the percentage was).
