Surveillance video captured a crook in the midst of a stick up. The perp was dressed all in black, even the milk crate he wore for a mask.
As Marty Simpsom ran from a Pelham, Georgia convenience store Saturday afternoon he tossed aside both his milk crate and his BB gun.
"There were some people in the parking lot who saw him and were able to identify him," said John Sellers of the Pelham Police Department. "He threw the gun down right over here by the ice machine and threw the crate down right behind the store so we're working on finger prints."
It was only tow hours later that police picked him up.
It turns out that it was Simpson's second heist of the day. He no faces multiple charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault and burglary charges.
