While this is satire, the Rats would indeed love for this to really happen.
It happened in Iowa just last year. In fact, the RAT Governor Vil(e)sack did it with an executive order. Somewhere around 50,000 (Dem) voters were added in one fell swoop, just in time for this year's gubernatorial election, which is expected to be a close one.
The same governor had previously denied reinstatement of voting privileges to over 400 felons who applied during his first 6 years in office.
Guess he had a change of heart.[/sarc]
