I did read it completely. And my opinion remains unaltered. My religious sensibilities aside, the tone of the "letter" sounds extremist. It comes under the heading of "demonizing" those with whom you disagree. I have my issues with the Dems and the ACLU, but this is not helpful. Its the kind of extremist rhetoric I expect from muslims. It certainly will not persuade anyone to change their mind. It frankly sounds like red meat for the evangelical protestant wing of the party.

You certainly have the right to your opinion even if it differs 100% from all of the many "CHRISTIAN" groups and organizations across America who have also read it, agree with it and are posting it on their sites.
