GrassrootsPA has learned from various sources that some retired Pennsylvania judges may sue to overturn yesterday's repeal of the controversial July 7th pay raise.

Pay Raise activist Gene Stilp tells GrassrootsPA that this alleged lawsuit to overturn the pay raise repeal is "absolutely going to happen" and this lawsuit was "anticipated" by pay raise opponents. Stilp says while he cannot reveal his sources, a lawsuit to overturn the pay raise repeal is certain.

Word continues to spread among various circles. Look for a story on this topic coming soon...

NOTE: If there is a lawsuit to overturn the pay raise repeal, don't forget the famous words of lawsuit abuse and legal reform opponent Senator Bob Jubelirer:

"There is no such thing as a frivolous law suit anymore..."

The repeal of the judge's pay is unconstitutional. the legislators knew it was unconstitutional. And they passed it anyway.

Don't rejoice in the "triumph" of getting the raises repealed. They will be reinstated by the courts. The lawmakers are playing us for fools again, and hoping we forget about it by the time it is overturned.

Hmmm....wouldn't the judges have to recuse themselves (conflict of interest)?
