My palms were sweaty; I gulped and tried to breathe. My heart was pounding like I had become a cartoon character whose heart outline pushes out the front of her shirt with each beat. The little girl in me wanted to crouch and hide behind the door and cry my eyes out.

It is ironic how high she was thinking she had brought down the president only to realize it was her that was going down. Still no signs of CBS even remotely admitting the documents were forged. Mary and Dan are still standing behind the memo and don't evem seem to entertain the idea that the memo might be fake. In their little imaginary world, it is only the rightwing who engage in partisan politics and leftwingers are unbiased pillars of truth.
