It has to really frost them that the book is already about to go number one on Amazon and elsewhere, particularly coming form a member of the MSM elite. Gotta love that liberal/leftist/marxist on liberal/leftist/marxist fire!

I heard that a second printing of 350,000 has already been ordered!
And hopefully all 350,000 copies are being read and distributed by friends of the author (MSM).

I think the most interesting thing thus far to come out of this book is the clintons' reaction both to the book and to its so-called rape charge.
