Anyone who has read my posts since last thursday knows that my desire was to save Terri Schiavo's life and uphold the rule of law at the same time. So far the rule of law has been upheld but Terri's life continues to hang in the balance. By tomorrow, the time for extra-constitutional measures will become necessary. I can't believe I am writing this but I would support the executive branch taking action based on natural law principles and Terri Schhiavo's inherent right to life.

You can feel free to disagree but at some point, you have to ask yourself what good comes from this woman dying?

This whole situation is sickening. Our country will suffer, and I hate to see this. The Christian faith tells us to respect the authorities which have been placed above us, and as usual we all will, but I weep for our nation. We all need to trust that God will handle this. I pray for Judge Greer, and for Mr. Schiavo, and his family, and I hope God forgives them and grants them grace. Also I pray for the Shindlers and I pray God strengthens them and gives them peace and that they leave the vengeance where it belongs.. to God. We live in an unjust world and system. The State is becoming an uncontrollable beast.
