I took my profits and moved out this summer. We drove up to Canada (about 45 miles) and had a picnic in Fernie, hardly any frost at all!
Perhaps, however the savings made by relocating and spending those savings on one's climate control can spark relocation consideration.
Let's see, the cost of "financial climate" in CA, weighed against the cost of artificial comfort elsewhere...it could become a considering factor.
