Trying to finish off a debate about the record of Sen. John F. Kerry (remember him?) with regard the funding of intelligence. The opposition cites info from FactCheck.org but I know I've seen some info which re- veals his disdain for covert intelligence. Any ideas?
Google?
Look up his failed bill proposal in 1995 that cut funding by $5-6 Billion over the course of 10 years. He couldn't even find a cosponsor for it and it thus died without a full vote so it might not show up on congressional logs, but it did exist. You might want to look on some of the conservative websites to find articles on it, you can then check their sources.
