I have read the transcript of the bin Laden tape and was astonished to find a striking similarity to the screed of the loony left. From Michael Moore to John Kerry, Democrats have infected the political discourse with inaccurate accusations that would make Stalin and his propagandists proud. No less than ELEVEN of these talking points can be found in the bin Laden tape. What was he trying to do? And why is the media not covering these similarities? I have documented them below with similar quotes from some of the left's exponents:

Your security is in your own hands. And every (US) state that doesn't play with our security(by voting for Bush) has automatically guaranteed its own security.

In case of a Kerry win, Osama will claim he scared US into rejecting Bush.

Apparently al-Jazzera intentionally mis-translated the word "ay wilaya" (which means each U.S. state) to "country" to set Osama up for this claim.
Additionally al-Jazzera initially omitted the parts that reveal that Osama prefers a Kerry win.

al-Qaeda claims they scared Spain, when in fact they did not.
The Spanish PM blamed 3/11 on a domestic terrorist attack - perhaps al-Qaeda lead him to it - but he was kicked out of office for accusing the wrong people and generating a whole lot of last minute votes against himself.

This could be what exactly what Osama had in mind when he spoke MMoore's words with out referencing them.
