WRONG! An anarchist is anyone who opposes authority, established order and ruling power. An anarchist supports and promotes chaos, as a reasonable alternative to civilized society. Libertarians are mini anarchists, who uphold the principles of absolute and unrestricted liberty. In other words, behavior that is without limitations. Just more of the chaotic philosophy that is at the core of libertarian thinking.

No, I am afraid that is very incorrect. An "anarchist" is someone who refuses to submit all lawful authority, and seeks to become a law unto himself. Such people are tyrants in the making. And they are always wrong. They are ultimately accountable to God.
