Family members of a Los Angeles woman who died after getting a discount 'mommy makeover' in Mexico have warned of the danger of plastic surgery.
Tan'Quasha Williams, 30, was tempted by images advertising perfectly enhanced bodies at cheap prices and decided to fly to Matamoros, Mexico, to undergo the plastic surgery procedure.
Williams, of Torrance, California, saved up $4000 for the 'mommy makeover', which includes a breast lift and tummy flattening - a bargain price compared to the the $25,000 it would cost in the United States.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Orlando Villanueva was pictured with Williams on February 10, 2024, which was the day of her surgery.
However, Williams tragically did not survive the surgery and her cause of death was listed as 'rupture of multiple blood vessels of the thorax and muscular region of the abdomen.'
Heartbroken family members then learned shocking news from Mexican authorities about the 'doctor'.
'The doctor was unlicensed, and the clinic was unlicensed,' Quentasia Mathis, Williams's sister said.
Despite the tragic death of Williams at the hands of the unlicensed surgeon, the advertisements for the unlicensed clinic continued to pop up on Facebook.
Her family is now going public with her story to warn other people about the dangers of plastic surgery outside of the country.

Tan Quasha.
Alas, no deep pockets for Tan'Quasha's family to sue!
Dying in a Mexican surgery is comparable to dying after the injection of the “Fix-a-Flat” surgery in Miami...
Remember that one?
“Tan’Quasha”
Someone posted recently that this demographic tips a scrabble box over and picks the 1st 10 letters that fall out.
My God...........you cant drink the water in Mexico.........so how
can having major surgery on your body be even feasible there?
This Florida Guy episode is like something out of a Carl Hiaasen novel, who may have cribbed from Elmore Leonard, but is funny in ways Leonard never attempted.
Tan’ Quasha.
These are the STUPID people voting in our country, not one ounce of common sense!!!

“Can’t fight genetics: Steatopygia .”
Most people do not realize that there is an official steatopygia music video:
Did she respond to an ad on Facebook?
Did she fly to Mexico on an American airline?
Who manufactured the surgical instruments used in the operation?
Was she seeking cosmetic surgery to alleviate emotional distress caused by the trauma of Donald Trump showing up on her TikTok feed? This is a sure winner if the family brings suit in California or New York.
No deep pockets? Nonsense. You just have to think like a tort lawyer.
Yeah, well I’ve heard horror stories of medical calamities in those other countries, as well.
For those who have come home in one piece, it’s just sheer luck.
The facilities low-ball the procedures’ cost cause they know many will fall for it.
She thought she was gonna’ get a man?
