Besides being horror movie grotesque, it is so, so sad that a person has such low self esteem and such a pathological need for attention that she would mutilate herself to this degree.
It’s becoming rather obvious why carnival freak shows died out. Too much competition.
I don’t think much of the doctor who would do this hideous un-natural boob job.
