1% chance, but he will be offered a gig on cable news.

He has enough financial backing to make it to Iowa, and drop out shortly after that.
He has 3 essential problems: (1) no recognition beyond Arkansas. (2) Noted accomplishments are probably even less than Hillary Clinton. (3) Past couple of interviews has shown his age (72) and he’s treading Biden-waters.
