Either there is way too much makeup, or someone applied a photoshop filter, but that just does not look real.
The left hand is not in a natural position. I'll lay odds she's in front of a mirror taking a selfish (yeah, I know). She filtered out the phone, poorly (look at the middle two fingers, weird pixelation there), and the handrail she's leaning on doesn't match the one to the other side. I'll bet she's in front of a green screen.
