So, by this ‘diagnosis’, Donald Trump is a public health emergency. Reading the tea leaves, my guess is that the Congress (If SanFranNan returns as Speaker) will further add this consideration to the 25th Amendment as grounds to remove the President. In this case as being for other peoples health. Remember that New York Governor Cuomo set a very low bar for public health intervention, one life being sufficient!
