Women become less able to get pregnant after abortions, particularly multiple abortions. While it is possible that a woman could have seven abortions and still be able to conceive, it has to be *highly* improbable.
Another aspect of abortion is that interrupting the pregnancy and not letting it complete its natural course can have longer term health consequences. Multiple abortions more so.
It would interesting to know how many women who have had several abortions end up with breast cancer and other diseases.

I am aware she claims that. Even if it is true (I don't necessarily accept it as such) the fact remains that she would be the exception. I seriously doubt many women could conceive after 7 abortions.
I've wondered why she brags about it. To be so stupid as to get pregnant 7 times and have 7 abortions? How much brains does that take? None - and even less to brag about it.
