Not the same thing. Ford was a set-up. If Rosenstein has to disclose the names of high-ranking public officials including members of Congress that are under investigation, it damn well better be in a SCIF.

At this point this near to the election Rosenstien refusing to testify unless he sets the terms has been par for the course with the deep state.
Until the congress gets serious about reclaiming their Constitutional role of oversight this is smoke and mirrors. They need to have subpoena witnesses and when they decline the subpoenas have US Marshall’s arrest and jail these worms until they comply. Until then the deep state knows congress and people like Gowdy are all talk and to be ignored. Sessions behavior has been shameful and the DOJ continues to be a laughing stock of corruption and partisan behavior.
You put that all together very cohesively and you’re right about the DOJ. We have Jeff Sessions exclaiming the DOJ won’t be politicized, all the while he’s the politicizing extraordinaire.
They’re hoping like hell that President Trump is neutered by the election of Leftists so they’re off the hook.
