The “leadership” is determined by who can funnel the most money to other members whose support is for sale.

The RINOs in Congres have majority seats in both houses, we have the Presidency and you would never guess that the Republicans were in charge. They cannot even repeal Obamacare let alone pass a tax cut bill. We might as well have the Dems in control.
And we have Ryan leading the winning team. At least Nancy Pelosi can rally a team.
I could tolerate Gingrich far more than Ryan. But let’s face it; Gingrich knows all about the swamp, having dwelt in it for many years; knows where all the bodies are buried, etc. He appears to now be a Trump supporter, though he doesn’t agree with everything he says or does. He does know how to get things done. God knows if he’s right for it.

On January 3, 2017, The present Congress (House & Senate) convened in Washington, DC, armed with the full bore Newly elected POTUS, Donald J. Trump’s agenda...headed by Obamacare repeal & replacement, tax reform and infrastructure renewal.
Eight months have passed, and House Speaker, Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell have not passed one of these historic federal government reforms, despite having a majority of Republicans in both houses of Congress.
To add insult to injury on the American people, these low life, incompetents have lollygagged with one recess vacation after the other, while the American people waited for aggressive action from its Republican leadership and stalled caucus.
The only thing that came forth was the constant critic and bad mouthing by both Ryan & McConnell of POTUS, Trump!!!
I blame Ryan and McConnell, who should be immediately tossed out the door, fired, kissed goodbye, forever. But...I also blame many Republicans, Establishment RINOs & Conservatives alike...for standing by and not taking positive, aggressive action in removing both these failed, so called leaders, Ryan & McConnell from their leadership positions. The Republicans have had their chance, and they failed the American people. We shall remember all of you low life deadbeats, come the Mid-Term elections of 2018.

Too bad the election of Trump hasn’t sunk in with Ryan or the rest of the rino “do nothing” Congress. They have the majority and can’t, or don’t know how to manage it.
