The primary group that “stole and sold” Africans was Africans, followed by Arabs/Muslims, and they were mostly sold to (in order of the most to least) the Portuguese, the British, the French, the Spanish, and the Dutch.
Once they get reparations from those folks, they can talk about the USA. Of course one might make an argument that the cost of the US civil war both in blood and gold, was reparation enough.

N/COBRA was founded by the black Marxist “New Afrikan Peoples Organization (NAPO), a small black extremist group; the Conference of Black Lawyers (i.e. the National Conference of Black Lawyers), a Marxist dominated organization once led by Heywood Burns and Lennox Hinds, both hardcore reds, and was associated with the Soviet/Cuban Havana-based International Association of Jurists and the American Association of Jurists, and by the Republic of New Afrika (Africa) (RNA), a black Marxist separationist organization that wants to create a Marxist black nation out of 5 southern states (an old CPUSA concept). The Chokwe Lumumba’s of Mississippi were/are leaders of this organization.
By the way, the claim that 150 million Africans were kidnapped and sent as slaves to America is pure bullshit. Studies by legitimate black professors, including one at Howard University (I think his name was Adams), showed that the “ship/shipping” capacity of slave ships could NOT have carried that many people to America over the years.
Dr. Adams put this crap to rest when he professionally tore into a black racist agitator at the U.S. Holocaust Museum in the late 1990’s or early 2000’s. The professor had studied and tallied the slave-ship logs from many countries including Portugal and Spain, as well as England, etc. per trip “human traffic”, time spend on the seas to and from America/West Indies, layover time, etc.
The black reparations movement, led in Congress by Communist Party supporter Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich) is nothing but a fraudulent operation, a scam, to get money for employing black Marxists and racists in their many front groups.
N’Cobra itself includes such groups as the National Black United Front, Black Voices for Peace (Damu Smith, a hardcore communist organization, now deceased), Black Radical Congress, NCBL, RNA, Pan-African Roots (one of many front organizations led by Bob Brown, a former associate of Stokely Carmichael (aka Kwame Toure); Center for Constitutional Rights (a CPUSA/Marxist legal organization created by the CPUSA out of their National Lawyers Guild front; Transafrica Forum (once led by Marxist William Fletcher, a man who shows up in many Marxist organizations going back to the late 1980s/early 90s’ including Transactions, possibly Frontline, and the old Guardian newspaper); and the National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America, etc.
Former Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga) was a listed speaker at the N’Cobra Annual Conference 2004 (she was a candidate for congress at the time) as was Rep. John Conyers Jr (D-Mich).
Now the WWP is trying to take over the “reparations movement” and get a piece of the money pie.
