Thanks. I just knew this was going to be an affirmative action hire.

Thanks for the bio of this impressive scholar, Dr. Johnny Eric Williams.

In fact, when I look at his distinguished academic lineage -- especially his BA at Ouachita Baptist University and a Ph.D. at Brandeis University (1995) -- I am surprised that he was not elevated from his current "Associate Professor of Sociology" title to a full professorship after 22 years at this esteemed college.

I congratulate Trinity College (Episcopal Church affiliations dropped in the 1960s) on their rigorous academic screening, but I think his promotion to full "Professor" is long overdue.

Curious to learn more about this eminent Associate Professor, I visited Amazon and read the introduction to his 2016 book, Decoding Racial Ideology in Genomics and found it brimming with scholarly insight.  Here's a particularly excellent excerpt:

See what I mean?  Why the work of Associate Professor's Williams' mind simply glows with illumination.  He shined light for me in every corner of this racial genomics topic, walking my mind metaphorically through the dark, complex labyrinth of this esoteric field.  Yes, his erudite thinking and scholarship blew my mind away.

As you can see, his writing is abundantly clear, interesting, and concise.  I checked the piece's Flesch-Kincaid readability score and discovered that 19 years of education would normally be required to absorb the depths of Associate Professor Williams' fertile mind.  However, in this good associate professor's case, we can throw the readability scores out the window and concede that here is a man whose genius rivals that of Einstein.

To be honest, before reading the excerpt to his book, I was simply unaware how crucial it is that "racial cluster ducks" be allowed to mate with a broad "distributional geographical range of humans".

Well, it's high time that academic injustice be corrected.  A man of such esteemed logic and philosophical profundity should no longer be academically harassed and discriminated.

Associate Professor Williams should not only be affirmatively-promoted up to a full Professorship, his books, essays, lectures, and tweets should be widely published to encourage maximum donations to this distinguished College.
