I stopped reading City Beat years ago, mainly due to the RACIST Kathy Wilson.
Timothy Thomas was a punk, Travon Martin was a punk. End of story.
I LIVE in Cincinnati. THAT kid’s mom told him “you always run from the police”...and it got him killed. And you bet you @$$, no zealous prosecutor tried to convict HER of “endangering children” like the Zimmerman prosecutor did.
1) Don’t do things that are illegal.
2) Don’t run from the cops.
3) Don’t run into a dark ally and make a grab that looks like you have a gun.
4) Don’t steal TVs and sneakers in the name of “social justice”.
5) Don’t be so stupid as to burn you own neighborhoods “in protest”.
6) If you do, don’t come WHINING to me that you have “no jobs”.
7) And that you have “no place to buy fresh food” when groceries moved out BECAUSE YOU BURNED YOU OWN NEIGHBORHOODS.
8) And don’t WHINE when cops no longer want to risk being sued trying to PREVENT crime in your neighborhood...because it is easier just to show up AFTER you shoot each other.
When the “justice” crowd got done with my town, “activists” made million, the cops got hamstrung, the drug rates went up, the murder rates went up, and life got infinitely worse for the people who can’t afford to get the hell out of our lousy downtown.
