Sorry, using deadly force: ie, shooting someone, should be applied when a felony has been committed and someone’s life is on the line. That excludes someone who purposefully jumps out in front of your car and demands that you stop.
#1, The person driving wasn’t the one killed.
#2, The person killed Is innocent until proven guilty. Which she was not...
#3 It could have easily been one of the kids that were killed.
Nobody wants shoplifters to get off, but getting a license number would have been safer and accomplished the same thing without the loss of life.
