All talk, no action, is what he's saying; all full of excuses and whining about why it couldn't be done. It's a travesty that "can do" has become "we can't, no need to even try".

I thought the point of a FAST team is that it is ready to go with almost no ( and I do mean next to zero...) notice. I am sooooo tired of the lies. It sickens me
