by agreeing to be Romney’s VP, Ryan just showed his true RINO colors. No true conservative would have agreed to be Romney’s VP,

I think Paul Ryan believes what i believe - we cannot survive another four years of Obama. How could he refuse the chance to start to undo the damage Obama has caused?

Here's what I've been wondering: how will reelecting Obama get us any closer to seeing a conservative elected in 2016? By then the welfare state will have become so deeply rooted that it will be far too late.

‘by agreeing to be Romney’s VP, Ryan just showed his true RINO colors. No true conservative would have agreed to be Romney’s VP,’

Sure, Ryan is now a RINO because he agreed to be Romney's VP candidate. He agreed to be the VP for a guy that won the primary, endorsed Ryan's budget and has tacked right to get the nomination. WOW! I guess anyone short of Attila the Hun would be a Leftist in some peoples eyes.

Ryan is a solid Conservative. What he understands, and you and many here do not. You can not effect change and Conservative governance yelling from the sidelines and the stands, YOU HAVE TO BE IN THE GAME!

Ryan put all Conservatives in the game.

First of all, good for you, Jim! 2008 was the last time I’ll ever vote for the lessor of two evils.

For all of you who think Romney is better than obama and worry about what obama will do in a second term, why not ask the GOP why the hell they allow him to do what he does.

Repogirl, you sound like a liberal with all your name calling. Chill out.

Finally, they’re all the same. There’s not a republican in office who would not have accepted Romney’s offer.

I believe Ryan is more conservative than most at least for the time being in DC, but we know how that works out the longer you are there. Also given what we know about Romney Ryan will no doubt have to hold his tongue under certain circumstance or if Romney really is that bad he will be completely neutered from having to come to conservative support, at which point he will have some soul searching to do if he wished to stay as Veep, or resign. How it works out in the end, I do not know and that is assuming that they do win.

Ultimately, our real problem is that there really isn't all that many truly conservative people out there in the public realm or in business in general or even the general public. There is way to much sacrificing (compromising) of ones own values and virtue to just stay a where your at, if you wish to advance in many areas now then you generally have to sacrifice more of who you are. Its ultimately a loosing course for the country as a whole. The only thing that will bring it back is when reality ultimately smacks us all in the face. It may just be to late by then.

I agree!! Shows careers are more important to them, they will flip over for it. People sell their souls all the time because of their pride. They claim God out of one side of their mouth, yet become partners with evil.
