Although I’m not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV, this “Stand Your Ground” law seems insane to me.

You've never touched a gun, have you?

You've have no training in how to handle an assault, have you?

I can't believe I'm reading you bleatings on FR. This is a pro-2nd, pro-self-defense forum.

No, I mis-understood the law, and yes I have handled firearms. From what I first read about the law it was that if a person “felt” their life was in danger, then they have a right to defend themselves. “Felt”? “Feel”?? You cannot put subjective words like that into a law that decides between life and death.

I live in New York city, city of lunatics. If someone has a fear of clowns then they have a right to shoot someone dressed as a clown because they “feel” threatened?

What the law DOES say is if you have a REASONABLE threat against your life, THEN you can stand your ground and shoot.

I mentioned all this because the MSM was using the word “feel” to describe the law to make Zimmerman appear more reckless.

Read my other posts dude.
