U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said "his team" is ready to proceed with a civil trial next week to determine responsibility for the Gulf of Mexico oil spill from the BP Plc well The Obama administration's criminal probe is also making progress, Holder told a House of Representatives subcommittee.
The civil trial to determine who is responsible for the blowout and related penalties was due to start this week
The Justice Department has been looking also into whether to bring criminal charges related to the disaster.

when is Holder’s trial for running guns? I’d be much more interested in that.
