Pending Resolution of Appellant’s Appeal. Panel No.: ECO-16.

After the fact?

No, I’m thinking this part:

Counting of any votes in the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 6, 2009

So, in theory, I’d shorten that list to either: 1) the Electors who were forced to cast their vote on Dec. 15, or 2) Presidential and/or Vice Presidential Candidates who were damaged.

In what way? Damages have to be real and concrete, not speculative or hypothetical. Define them.

Do we yet know why Alito wasn’t at Wednesday’s SCOTUS meeting?

Petulence? Alito's disdain for the Senate since his confirmation hearing isn't any secret.

What’s wrong with this Order from the Third Circuit of Appeals regarding Berg’s case

You mean other than the fact that the motion was denied?

Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr., Ph.D., J.D., who has four degrees from Harvard has an excellent essay at link where he expounds on damage.

http://www.newswithviews.com/Vieira/edwin84.htm

BP, this was given to Non before and he was unable to comprehend it.

Give up? LOL

Reality is that the Fat Lady already sang...Nov. 4

Denying what the public has sent to Washington for 2009 and beyond is to "wish in one hand, crap in the other...."

It's not going to take a Civil War II; it's going to take a Revolutionary War II.

From the best I can tell, the best legal minds in the country, including the four strict constructionist members of the SCOTUS, understand that BHO is a natural born citizen. AFAIK, there has not been a single member of the Judicial, Executive or Legislative branches that has even suggested the BHO is not qualified. Even the plaintiffs in most of these cases have checkered pasts with no one of legitimate legal or judicial backgrounds advocating for the birthers.

>>> In what way? Damages have to be real and concrete, not speculative or hypothetical. Define them.

By that line of logic, absolutely no cases regarding an election can be brought before a judge. LOL

>>> Petulence? Alito’s disdain for the Senate since his confirmation hearing isn't any secret.

If you know anything about Alito, he would have been polite, humble and not left the SCOTUS building. That's his, and every other Justices’, castle - they don't excuse themselves because they feel childish or slighted by a previous political action. It's not like a POTUS and VP elect just pop by every day.

>>> You mean other than the fact that the motion was denied?

The case has been worked at the 3rd Circuit this week...

Well, this week for court business will close in less than two hours and not re-open until 8:00 on January 20th.

1. One person murdered in a church with 8000 members - Not unusual
2. Gay choir director in a black church - Not unusual
3. Knowing someone is effectively dead before they are removed from life support - Not unusual
4. Con artist making claims that can't be checked - Not unusual

How many have?

If you know anything about Alito, he would have been polite, humble and not left the SCOTUS building.

Alito has been quoted as saying that whenever he walks by the Capitol he walks on the side of the street furthest from the Senate office buildings. There is no love lost between him and the Senate, especially towards two who voted against him.

Two other gay congregants from TUC were murdered within 60 days of each other.

>>> How many have?

Oh, gosh, Gore v. Bush, comes to mind in about 0.3 seconds... Minnesota (still ongoing) this cycle comes to mind too. They are many others, but I’m sure you know this, don’t you?

>>> Alito has been quoted as saying that whenever he walks by the Capitol...

Conjecture such as that still doesn’t answer the question... As far as I can tell from the last 4 such meetings in the last 30 years, this is the first time a Justice has been absent to meet the POTUS-elect at the SCOTUS ...

I'm in no hurry, just wondering how it was going. It's late Friday afternoon on the east coast and the weekend is upon us. A three day weekend, too, so the Court is closed on Monday. You're running short on time.

Two other gay congregants from TUC were murdered within 60 days of each other.

The two other gay black men who are rumored to be additional murdered parishioners from TUC were named Larry Bland and Nate Spencer. In fact Larry Bland was not known to attend TUC and Nate Spencer died of an illness.

You're running short on time.

Gee I thought you were a member of this nation too. We're all running short, if this is true...

If this does indeed create a constitutional crisis, are you just going to leave or sit back and do nothing? Doubt it? Even if you're not a "birther", If in the future it is proven BO is a con artist, you'll be the first to say "I told you so!"

Personally I prefer to be a part of the group who are investigating to find the truth not assume that it's already been found.....There is certainly reason to doubt BOs truthfulness, which should trigger that verify button of yours...

Instead you hassle anyone seeking the truth.

BTW did you go to the national archive to find the PoE "data entry" document listing SADOS entering the US through Miami, with an infant child six days old? It's on microfisch.
