Spousal rape stories are nothing new, but this is the first I'd heard of one involving a sleeping wife. Has anyuone heard of other cases like this?

Apparently this occurred on the average of once every two weeks, as she reported "around 30 times" in the past year.

Marriage should be about respect between both parties.

If he has a late night sleep fetish however she does not like being woken up that way he should not put his fetish over her requests to stop. That is respect.

On the other hand, she claims to have reported this over 30 times. If this is true she's a fool for staying with a man who doesn't respect her wishes and he's a fool for putting up with a woman who'd call the cops on his that many times.

Personally I absolutely hate being woken up for sex by my husband and I assure you there is a very good reason for this. He understands why I react so badly to it and does not attempt sex while I'm sleeping. That's called respect an important part of any marriage.
