A local Ft. Collins man was charged with sexual assault and "domestic violence harrassment" after his wife complained to police that on numerous occasions in the past year she awoke at night to find him "having sex or oral sex" even though she had told him this seemed like rape to her. The husband also admitted to taking nude photos of her while she slept.
Sounds to me like the husband is going to find another "spouse" in prison. Might find out what it's like to have unwanted sex, too.
;) We gotta stick together!
joebuck your post should go with # 16
I bet this wife was just ticked off that the husband couldn't tell the difference.
What can you say other than, I guess the Missus don't have the combo to the gun safe.
The same way if HE spent money that left the family without food, shelter, clothing etc.
It goes both ways-- and I've seen it and experienced it. Sex and money can be an asexual abuse.
::It makes me sick to know women today were never taught by the older women how to do that.
If you want to cast aspersions on my mother (RIP), you'll have to come and say that to my face.
I can see by your comments that you're so above all the rest of us. It's pointless even talking to you.::
OK, so I know you can read, but not comprehend. Did I say YOUR mother. I said OLD women. If you would take some time to read scripture, you would know what I mean. If you have no interest in scripture, then yes...it's pointless.
But I shall help you understand my POINT.
Titus 2:3-5 says of older women that they are to "be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things--that they teach the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their husband--that the Word of God may not be blasphemed."

Amen to that brother
My ex-wife left me for my best friend ... well actually I didn't even like the guy until she left me for him ....
Wymyn today...
That is not what happened in the article. And you are not going to get me to share with you about my husband's and my sex life because this is not about my sex life - your sex life or Paula B's sex life.
It is about what occured to people in the article and the legal questions around consentual sex within marriage. Do you have a reading comprehension problem, too?
Part of that would depend, I suppose, on whether or not she earned any of the money or had legitimate access to the money (her name on the credit cards/checking account) or did she take it out of his wallet? He could certainly report it to the cops and see where it gets him.
My wife constantly spends money I ask her not to. But I've never thought that gave me the right to force sex on her when she told me she wasn't interested.
ROFL!!
In New Jersey that falls under Criminal Sexual Contact.
Yep, Archie comics during sex would kill a marriage.
Hijack in effect!

I do need to add, just in case you are further clueless....in scripture, older women refers to women that have ALREADY raised children with their husbands under the guide of scripture. Young women are new to this and have to LEARN how to take care of their husband properly.
The way society lays it out doesn't seem to work so well....does it!
You'd have to tell me. I'm not a woman.
Yep.
Like a vapor.
