Maybe he's a citizen, but was he BORN here? I doubt it. So, for me at least, it's the same thing: an imported murderer of any status is still an imported murderer!

Imported or home grown, people are still dead. I don't see the relevance.

Oh, man. What about a documented, fourth-generation domestic murderer? I'm not clear on the distinction that's being set up here.
