The only effort on their part to stop it is to putt all the BP agents to work doing the job they were hired for and the attacks will stop!
They ARE doing the jobs they were hired for. You merely dislike how those jobs are being done.
But, of course, in the meantime, you will continue to actively interfere in the DHS doing anything until they do it exactly as you wish.
I do believe I have inadvertently found a domestic enemy.
