I, personally, think ALL prisoners should be subjected to classical music. (Handel's Water Music comes to mind. Or, if all else fails, Beethoven's Symphony 100... repeated over and over until it is mesmerized...)

I would recommend that the initial stages of the dungeons be like a kind of purgatory, with at least the potential of release if one seems properly and sincerely reformed.
However, being aware that we are under constant assault from trolls, mendicants, and guys from California, I can understand that our resources may be stretched too far for such charity.
In any case, it is out of my hands.
